Clinical Nurse Manager
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and provide high-quality care to our residents. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Facility Manager to ensure that we meet the highest standards of clinical care, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and our Clinical Governance Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team, promoting person-centered care that reflects our values.
* To develop and implement strategies to improve quality of care and resident outcomes.
* To manage human, material and environmental resources effectively to achieve optimal resident care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced clinical, managerial and leadership skills.
* Proven ability to lead a team in delivering aged care that is person centered and meets all relevant Aged Care quality standards.
* Demonstrated well-developed ability to manage human, material and environmental resources to achieve optimum resident care.
