Our organisation is currently seeking a skilled tradesperson to fill a challenging and rewarding role as a boilermaker.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual who has experience in dismantling, repairing and maintaining rolling stock, assembling components, and working to drawings, specifications and appropriate Australian Industry Safety Standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out heavy fabrication and welding work, as well as repair, replace and modification tasks. They will also need to demonstrate a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical fitness, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.

* Dismantling, repairing and maintaining rolling stock

Requirements
* Qualifications in boilermaking or a related trade
* Experience in flux core, stick and solid wire mig welding in all positions
* Strong focus on workplace health and safety
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
