About the role
We have a rewarding position available for a compassionate and hard working individual. As the Thrift Shop Assistant, along with providing excellence in customer service, you will provide assistance to the Thrift Shop Manager and Assistant Thrift Shop Manager ensuring maximisation of sales and productivity and coordinating and supervising volunteers (when required).
This is a permanent part time position, 15 hours per week. Current weekly roster is Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award Level 2.
You will have
- Relevant Retail experience
- Experience in supervision (highly desirable)
- Qualifications in retail management (highly desirable)
- Willingness to undergo a national criminal history and work eligibility check
