**About Our Client**:
This globally operating FMCG business supplies to all the big supermarkets - you have undoubtedly consumed their products!
They are currently in the market for an experienced customer service representative to join their small team.
This is a hands on, fast paced role dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the customer Service Team Leader, the main responsibilities will be managing incoming and outgoing communication with customers including:
- Purchase orders
- Order entry/processing
- Out of stock items
- Pricing
- Promotions
- Logistics/delivery changes
- Payment receipts
Also including but not limited to:
- Supporting other areas of the business
- Maintenance of the customer database
- Any general account queries
- Filing
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Sales order processing/customer care experience
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Robust attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multi task
- Strong work ethic
- Team player - not afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in Food, FMCG or transport would be beneficial
- Train-ability and willingness to learn new things
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
