We are looking for a Senior Analyst to be part of our Deals team in Sydney.
You will help clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising opportunities.
You'll be involved in every stage of the deal process, from conducting due diligence and valuation to managing post-deal integration.
Your work will focus on optimising deal value, mitigating risks, and ensuring strategic alignment to drive successful transactions for our clients.
What you will do Conduct financial analysis, basic modelling, and due diligence to support client engagements.
Assist in evaluating business performance, strategy, and commercial drivers to provide actionable insights.
Support M&A transactions, valuations, and restructuring projects with research and data-driven recommendations.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
Work collaboratively within project teams, engaging with senior and junior colleagues to deliver high-impact solutions.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Apply critical thinking and professional scepticism to identify risks and ensure quality in all deliverables.
Who you are Degree qualified in Business, Economics or Accounting.
A proactive and motivated professional with 2–3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
A strong financial analyst with foundational modelling skills and an interest in valuations, M&A, and strategy.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
An effective communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in financial analysis and client deliverables.
Organised and adaptable, capable of managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Committed to continuous learning and professional development, ideally pursuing or having completed a Chartered Accountant qualification.
