**Your Responsibilities include**
- Overall performance of the Online School of Health with an emphasis on developing and growing the division.
- Overseeing the Quality and Compliance of the RTO and ensuring that at ALL times Open Colleges is keeping abreast of any changes and meeting requirements within the health industry.
- Operate with a degree of autonomy by demonstrating initiative and independent decision making skills, within the scope of this position description and Open Colleges policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the ongoing management and growth of the RTO and constantly improve learning materials
- Preparation and management of budgets
- Continually identify and introduce new opportunities and feedback to improve service
- Management of quality improvement processes
- Overseeing the ongoing development and maintenance of customer
database
- Preparation of written presentations, reports and other statistics as required for clients, the CEO and the Executive Team
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Proven leadership experience at a senior level with a track record of
exceeding expectations
- Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills
- High level teaming and collaboration skills to gain the committed and
motivated efforts of staff
- Experience and sound knowledge of the Employment Services sector
- Ability to self manage, self plan and self motivate
- The ability to add value to the organisations future through productive and proactive behaviour
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to meet/exceed all KPI's as determined by the organisation
- Adaptable and flexible in times of change with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Understanding of requirements of RTOs and the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- An up to date "Working with Childrens Check" is required
