TLEA is welcoming applications for a full-time Advisor HSE to join our team, working across our Kwinana plant.
As Advisor HSE, you'll play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) systems and processes. You'll help build a culture focused on minimising harm to people and the environment while contributing to a better cleaner green energy future.

Profile description:
• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving the company's HSE Management Systems.
• Promote consistent HSE risk management practices across the organisation.
• Provide specialist HSE advice and support for incident investigation and management processes.
• Conduct and coordinate audits, inspections, and legal compliance reviews.
• Deliver projects aimed at improving health, safety and environmental performance.
• Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
• Analyse and report on HSE performance data and trends.
About you
• Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management and Sustainability.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the resources industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Formal training in incident investigation.
• Tertiary qualification in a safety or environmental discipline (desirable).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
• Senior First Aid certification (desirable).
