What you'll be doing
Administer medications and deliver person-centred clinical care
Review and update care plans to ensure residents' needs are met
Conduct baseline and focused assessments
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare providers
Based in Hervey Bay with travel to Maryborough
Your care and commitment will help residents live with dignity, comfort, and joy.
About you
You're passionate about making a difference and take pride in delivering high-quality, person-focused care. You'll also bring:
Current
AHPRA registration
as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)
First Aid and CPR Certificate
(or willingness to obtain)
Current driver licence
and
Police Check
(or willingness to obtain)
Valid Australian work rights
(unfortunately we can't offer sponsorship)
Desirable Qualifications
3+ years' clinical experience in Aged Care
