We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our internal finance function on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract. The Role This is a critical, hands-on role supporting the Managing Director and Divisional Financial Controller, offering broad exposure across payroll, reporting, compliance, and financial operations. Lead end-to-end financial operations, including month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and management reporting Manage statutory and compliance obligations (BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, FBT, Labour Hire Reporting) Deliver weekly and monthly reporting, cash flow forecasting, and audit support Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, including invoicing, payments, and financial controls Manage permanent and temporary payroll, including commissions, compliance, and data integrity for 160 contractors Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights, support decision-making, and contribute to strategic initiatives About You Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant role Strong background across payroll, reporting, compliance, and financial controls Advanced Excel and financial systems capability Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Professional services or recruitment industry experience highly regarded If you're interested in taking the next step in your career, please apply now or contact Jared Ooi on 02 9775 5932 or email jared.ooi@perigongroup.com.au for more information.
