About the role
As an Early Childhood Educator - Certificate 3 at Kin Early Education Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children in our early learning centre in Healesville, VIC. This full-time role involves creating engaging learning experiences and providing a nurturing environment to support the holistic development of children aged 0-5 years.
What you'll be doing
* Plan and implement stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
* Provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment that promotes the wellbeing and learning of each child
* Observe, document and assess children's progress to inform future planning
* Build strong relationships with children, families and the broader community
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the early learning centre
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and policies
What we're looking for
* A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience working in an early learning environment, preferably in a similar role
* Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement engaging programs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships
* A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of young children
* A commitment to ongoing professional development
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
