Administration Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to provide critical support to internal supervisors within a busy operational environment.
This role is focused on internal coordination and processing, requiring strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing timesheets and matching timecards
* Billing support using SAP (basic knowledge acceptable; experience preferred)
* Invoice processing
* Purchasing through the Ariba system
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, ideally within a blue-collar or industrial setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
