We are seeking a dynamic and results‐driven leader to join our Concrete Operations team as the Concrete Plant Manager at our Moonah site in Tasmania.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a diverse leadership role that combines operational management, sales, and financial oversight across our concrete operations. You'll play a pivotal part in the success of our plant and contribute to the growth of Heidelberg Materials in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day‐to‐day plant operations, including safety, production, sales, and customer service.
• Drive financial performance through effective cost management, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
• Foster solid customer relationships and seek new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Lead and support your team to consistently deliver excellent service and operational outcomes.
• Conduct market analysis and gather regional intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team collaboration.
