About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting people to return to work and life after injury or illness.
In this fast-paced and rewarding position, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients recovering from injury or illness as they return to work and everyday life
- Conducting assessments and delivering case management services across diverse portfolios
- Developing and implementing personalised recovery and return-to-work plans
- Liaising with healthcare providers, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders
To be successful:
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Relevant professional registration or membership (e.g. AHPRA, ESSA)
- 2 years + experience
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- A team player mindset with a genuine passion for helping others
- A proactive, solutions focused attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
