Our client is a luxury health and lifestyle club, and we looking for an energetic and driven Sales Team Leader who thrives on taking an active role in their work. If you have a track record of success in Sales Management you could be the perfect fit.
As the Sales Team Leader, your primary focus will be to lead, mentor, and grow the membership sales team, ensuring thats sales targets are met. You will organise methods to drives sales and cooperate with other internal teams to manage this. A genuine passion for working with people and strong leadership skills are essential.
Reporting directly to the Club's General Manager and Group Sales Manager, this position offers real potential for career advancement within the business.

About you:
* Proven success as a Sales Team Leader or Manager
* Experience building and leading a team
* Experience implementing and monitoring sales strategies
* Understanding or interest in the fitness industry
