* Collaborate with regional leadership to identify needs, create plans, and tailor content.
* Scope and build new enablement content, including product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
* Work with enablement teams to develop core sales training curriculum customized for the APJ region.
Requirements

* Progressive experience in software sales or sales enablement.
* Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects with positive impact from stakeholders.
* Experience building relationships with sales leaders and their teams.
