Your new Role: The Senior Content Designer is responsible for leading the strategy, design and continuous improvement of digital content for the Metro South Health intranet. Working closely with subject matter experts, content owners and project stakeholders, the role ensures web content is audience-focused, accessible, compliant and aligned with best-practice user experience principles. The position also contributes to platform optimisation, content governance, analytics, and user research to support informed decision-making and high-quality digital communication across the Health Service.
