Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and support a team of Insurance brokers to exceed sales targets and deliver excellent service
* Oversee team compliance, process adherence, and delivery of KPIs
* Provide technical support and training to enhance team capabilities
* Manage a small portfolio of your own, maintaining technical expertise and client relationships
* Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development discussions
* Drive continuous improvement in team sales performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a senior insurance broker or team leader within SME
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
* Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products
* Ability to inspire and motivate a team in a KPI-driven environment
