We're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Retail Marketing to take our global retail experience to the next level.
This is more than a marketing role. It's an opportunity to shape how riders connect with our brand - on the ground, in-store, and within the communities that power the sport.
THE ROLE
* Lead and evolve our global retail marketing strategy, setting the playbook for MAAP LaBs worldwide
* Create immersive, high-impact in-store experiences that inspire and convert
* Own and deliver a global events calendar - from product launches to community rides
* Drive local relevance at a global scale, partnering with regional teams and cultural tastemakers
* Leverage data and insights to optimise performance, engagement and ROI
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency, creativity and excellence across every touchpoint
THE CANDIDATE
Along with a proven track record of developing and executing successful retail marketing strategies and programs with a track record of achieving results:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 7+ years in retail marketing (sports, fashion, or luxury preferred)
* A proven ability to build and execute strategies that drive results
* Strong commercial acumen across global retail and eComm ecosystems and customer journey
* Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, marketing automation systems, and analytics tools
* A passion for cycling culture, community, and brand storytelling
* The ability to lead, influence and collaborate across global teams
* A mindset that blends creativity and precision
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
