What you'll do
* Integrating different technologies, components and or APIs to deliver seamless capabilities and customer experiences
* Independently engage business, technology, design, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements of initiatives they are working on
* Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace
* Create Chatbots and Smart IVRs for the Squad and engage business, technology and other stakeholders to understand the value behind the initiatives that they are working on
* Support production deployment of Bots and assist with validation and monitoring of live systems/applications
* Contributing towards continuous improvement of the development processes and practices and follow high coding standards
* Ability to create and define a development approach for any given context and produce high value artefacts
What you'll bring
* 4-6 years' experience as a full stack developer with strong programming skills in Node JS and building API's
* Excellent experience/skills in building robust and secure Microservice APIs
* Cloud technology development experience (GCP or Azure or AWS)
* Experience in developing & implementing bots (Chatbots and Smart IVRs)
* Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation and source control systems
* An attitude of innovation, always keen to learn and try new things
