Student Services Officer Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Student Services (Curriculum) Officer to support our School's curriculum and reporting requirements.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with external authorities and maintaining the integrity of academic data through effective systems management.
* Manage all curriculum reporting requirements in line with School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) regulations.
* Complete and submit accurate and timely uploads to the Student Information Records System (SIRS), SRMS Portal, and other relevant platforms.
* Oversee administrative processes related to NAPLAN and OLNA, including student registrations, testing logistics, and data reporting.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a school administration or student services role, with a focus on data management and curriculum reporting. They will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
