Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Practice Lead to spearhead our regional operations in Western Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive sales growth. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The Practice Lead will be responsible for executing regional plans, including Go to Market, Sales and Marketing Plans, and Insight day-to-day finances. They will also input and execute regional capacity planning, maintaining appropriate capacity for forecasting supply and demand across projects.
Sales Management is another critical aspect of this role, where the candidate will be responsible for vendor relationship management, pre-sales participation, and marketing and sales strategies within conferences and User Group participation.

Prior experience in a similar environment is highly desirable, with a focus on leading sales, pre-sales and new business development required. Strong commercial results are expected, with a deep understanding of P&L management.
