About The Role
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing quality customer service to all internal and external customers.
They provide an advisory service to all customers in relation to the practices and procedures specific to each jurisdiction and in some areas provide direct support services to the Judiciary.
The positions undertake a range of case management, information management and customer service tasks within a registry setting for civil and criminal jurisdictions and can also provide in court support to the judiciary.
Applicants must also be able to learn how to interpret and apply legislation, policies, and procedures within the business areas they are employed.

Regional applicants must have a C Class Drivers Licence and ability to travel on light aircraft.
To be eligible for a fixed term contract you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the duration of the contract.
