This role is a rare opportunity and supports the commercial finance manager within a high performing team.
The Role
The finance team provides organisation-wide support and delivers timely, accurate and insightful management information and reporting while assisting stakeholders and leaders with financial, analytical and accounting needs.
* Provide financial and non-financial insights to support management decisions.
* Partner with departments and sites to drive process improvements.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
* Advise managers on costs, opportunities, and risks.
* Lead ad hoc projects and support business initiatives.
* Follow OHS policies and contribute to a safe workplace.
Your Profile
You will be a person with excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail. You will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, being able to well manage competing priorities.
* CPA/CA qualified or working towards, with 3-5 years' accounting/commercial experience.
* Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
* Proven focus on process improvement, automation, and quality outcomes.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and deadline-driven.
