Opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant / Administrator to support CFO and Finance team.
- Organising meetings and calendar for CFO
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Assisting with recruitment - Job ads and organising interviews
- Assisting finance team
- Maintaining Systems and Processes
- General Administrations duties
- Management of office - Allocating desk space, system access, access cards, stationary, suppliers. catering etc.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Australian Citizen or Permanent resident due to being a permanent role
- Well presented with an energetic approach
- Strong administration skills/ experience
- Strong Microsoft skills, Google Docs experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in the office full time based in Sydney Olympic Park
- Ability to multitask
