About the Role
Reporting to the IT Systems Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for daily IT operations at Head Office. From managing network systems and hardware assets to leading end-to-end IT projects, you’ll play a key role in driving tech innovation across Flynn ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support: Windows, Office365 (Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID), account management, hardware commissioning/decommissioning, and Jira Helpdesk.
- Manage network systems: Meraki LAN/WAN, Wintel environments, remote desktop support, and software patching.
- Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
- Oversee hardware/software assets: imaging, configuration, inventory, warranty, and POS distribution.
- Coordinate with vendors for tech support, procurement, and acquisitions.
- Lead and contribute to IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Administer Atlassian tools and maintain support documentation.
- Manage inventory and stock levels using Freshdesk.
What We’re Looking For
- IT degree or 6–12 months’ experience in a Windows/Office365 support role.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools and Monday.com (bonus!).
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- A genuine love for learning and all things tech.
