Details: The Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) is seeking a highly motivated ICT Support Officer (CIT Solutions Transition surge support) to support the CIT Solutions Transition Group.
The ICT Support Officer (CIT Solutions Transition surge support) reports to the Chief Information Officer, Data and Digitalisation Branch and is responsible for:
- Support the operations of all information systems across the Company to enable the transition into the CIT operating environment.
- Analyse ICT technical issues to identify and prioritise root problems, emphasising solutions for continuity and transition of business processes and platforms to CIT.
- Identify and document technical business requirements in functional specifications or ICT requirements summaries as required.
- Undertake any other ICT special project duties as required.
This position does not involve direct supervision of staff.
