As a National Account Executive – eCommerce, you will play a vital role in managing key online retail partnerships and ensuring seamless execution of Ferrero's Triple Win strategy. Main Responsibilities:

- Sales Execution & Strategy
">
You will support the execution of customer plans and promotional activity across eCommerce platforms, ensuring alignment with Ferrero's Triple Win philosophy. Additionally, you will assist in preparing field activation briefs for key campaigns.

* Trade Spend Management
">
You will manage SAP processes including accruals, claims, and promotional forecasting. You will also ensure timely and accurate completion of claims and budget tracking.
">
* Customer Management
">
You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer buying teams. You will also complete promotional submission forms and customer paperwork accurately and on time.

* Forecasting & Reporting
">
You will provide insights to support accurate customer forecasting. You will deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. You will also conduct post-promotional reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Field Communication
">
You will act as a key liaison between sales operations and the field team to ensure alignment and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of commercial experience, ideally in FMCG or eCommerce.

* - Strong analytical and administrative skills.

* - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is a plus.
