The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a strong heavy diesel background to lead and grow one of our key operations. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives on accountability, understands the commercial drivers of a branch, and has a proven track record in P&L management and sales growth.
You will take full ownership of branch performance, leading a team across sales, service, and parts while driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and margin improvement
* Lead, mentor, and develop sales, service, and operational teams
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
* Oversee operational efficiency, workflow, and compliance
* Implement business strategies aligned with company objectives
* Monitor KPIs and deliver consistent reporting and performance improvements
About You
* Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Manager in a heavy diesel environment
* Strong understanding of diesel engines, heavy equipment, or transport fleets
* Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and financial management
* Solid sales leadership experience with the ability to grow accounts and markets
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
* Confident people leader with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
* Results-driven, hands-on, and operationally minded
