Kalamunda Toyota is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to join our team in the Perth Hills.
Working Hours
* Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Full-time permanent position

How You'll Make an Impact
* Identify and develop new fleet sales and business development opportunities
* Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with fleet and commercial clients
* Understand customer needs, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to deliver tailored solutions
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality outcomes, competitive pricing, and timely delivery
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectivesRepresent Kalamunda Toyota professionally within the local business community
What We're Looking For
* Current WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
* Current WA manual driver's licence
* Proven success in sales, business development, and account management
* Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to quickly establish rapport and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
* Self‐motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage a busy workload
* Excellent organisational and time‐management skills
* Previous automotive, fleet, commercial vehicle, or business development sales experience highly regarded
