About the Role
Due to expansion and our growing teams across NSW we how have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant Team Leader who is ready to step up to the next stage of their career into a Regional Manager role within our New Employer Division.
Our New Employer Division comprises of a number of different teams across NSW, each team with a Team Leader who reports directly to the Regional Manager within their region.
The successful applicant will have a passion for developing people, an enthusiasm for products & services, and have the ability to manage multiple teams within the region with our head office based on the Sydney's Lower North Shore.
You will report directly to the New Employer Divisional Manager and be responsible for:
- People: staff development / continuous learning / upskilling
- Outcomes: overall responsibility for team performance
- Forecasting for headcount: working with our internal Recruiter
- Retention: fostering supportive culture with engagement strategies
- Customer: escalations and working closely with our Accounts Team
- Analytics: utilizing report functions to protect the team portfolio
About You
- Experience working within New Employer Rehabilitation for a provider within NSW
- Allied Health qualification in either Psychology or Rehab Counselling
- AHPRA or ASORC registration/membership
- Proven track record in leading teams to deliver successful outcomes
- A desire to build and develop your teams
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships internally/externally
- Excellent time management and ability to multi task
- "Can do attitude" Exceptional customer service skills
