As the organisation continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join the team and lead strategic communications efforts across the organisation.
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing & Communications, this role drives internal and external messaging to ensure brand consistency and alignment with LHG's values. You'll create content, manage communication strategies, and support key initiatives, working closely with the CEO, Executive Team, and department heads to deliver timely, impactful messaging that strengthens LHG's brand and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated marketing professional, with experience in delivering strategic communications in multifaceted environments. You'll be confident engaging with all internal and external stakeholders, skilled at simplifying complex information, and committed to making a difference. Qualifications in Communications, PR, or Journalism are essential, and experience with SharePoint, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office is highly valued.
