The role includes:
* Carrying out termite inspections and installing baiting systems
* Quoting and closing termite jobs. Commission and bonus available
* Educating clients and offering honest, clear advice
* Supporting the growth of a high-performing termite division
* Helping us build something solid and scalable

You'll need:
* Termite experience
* Pest control license
* Good with clients. Clear communicator, honest, and confident
* The right attitude .Punctual, solution-focused, and takes pride in your work
* Comfortable using tech and learning systems (we run ServiceM8 and other tools)
* Ideally based in or around the Inner West
