Loader Operator – Coolum, Queensland, Australia
Wagners is seeking an experienced, safety-conscious Loader Operator to join our team in Coolum as part of our concrete operations growth.
Responsibilities
- Operate front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and move materials such as soil, gravel, and construction debris
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators
- Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience operating loaders (minimum 2 years preferred)
- VOC (Vehicle Operator Competence) capability for Front End Loader / Sales Loader
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Robust understanding of safety protocols
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
