Technology Infrastructure Specialist
About the Role
We're seeking a skilled technology professional to support and enhance our automation and control systems. Working under the guidance of our Technology Manager, you'll provide technical leadership across a mix of remote and on-site projects — supporting networks, servers, and cybersecurity systems that keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain corporate and operational technology environments.
* Provide technical support across networks, virtual infrastructure, domains, servers, SAN and cybersecurity systems.
* Investigate faults, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.
* Develop and maintain IT/OT standards, procedures, and documentation.
* Design and implement technical solutions aligned with Australian Standards and best practice.
* Analyse data, downtime, and incident trends to drive system improvements.
* Automate tasks and optimise systems using PowerShell scripting.
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in technology, engineering or related discipline. At least three years' experience in a similar IT/OT or systems role. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Integrity, initiative, and a drive for technical excellence.
