Offer description

About Thryv – Technology At The Core

At Thryv, technology plays a crucial role in empowering our teams and enabling the work we do for businesses across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue modernising our systems and enhancing the digital experience for our people, our Technology function is focused on delivering reliable, intuitive, and secure solutions that support productivity and drive better outcomes every day.

We're committed to creating a workplace where our systems just work — where employees can confidently access the tools, devices, and support they need to perform at their best. Our tech culture is grounded in curiosity, problem‐solving, and continuous improvement. We value clear communication, collaboration, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and explore smarter ways of working.

Every interaction with our technology team contributes to a smoother, more connected, and more capable organisation. Whether we're resolving an issue, deploying new hardware, improving a workflow, or rolling out new tools, we're here to make technology an enabler — not a barrier.
