Your Role:
* Lead and supervise daily maintenance across mobile plant operations
* Coordinate teams for breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
* Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and support to your crew
* Foster a strong safety culture on site
* Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet site targets
* Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are achieved safely, on time, and on budget
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a mining environment
* Strong mobile equipment maintenance background (diagnostics & repairs)
* Relevant trade qualification
* Knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability principles, and safety legislation
* Proactive leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
* Current Australian Driver's Licence & full working rights
