We are seeking a passionate vehicle inspector to inspect newly purchased and sourced vehicles for defects, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect newly acquired used cars for mechanical and other integrity issues, including travel to partner locations if necessary.
2. Compare vehicle condition against company reconditioning standards and identify necessary actions.
3. Perform safety checks, test drives, and final inspections prior to delivery.
4. Identify repairs and cosmetic defects, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs as needed.
5. Ensure quality control throughout the inspection process.
Requirements:
* A valid driver's license with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
* Mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle inspection.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Basic tech skills, including proficiency with Excel/G-sheets and familiarity with smartphones and tablets.
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
