Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor conveyor and bagging equipment to ensure smooth production
* Accurately fill and seal fertiliser bags to meet quality standards
* Safely lift, move, and stack finished bags onto pallets
* Prepare pallets for forklift collection and dispatch
* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
* Conduct basic equipment checks and report faults or maintenance needs
* Complete simple computer-based tasks and production records
* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimise downtime
About You
* Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse environments (preferred)
* Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and standing
* Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
* Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
