Commercial Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial, administration, supply and business improvement function at our operation.
This role involves managing the site-based Administration, IT, Business Improvement and Supply / Purchasing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial systems and procedures that meet the needs of the longer-term operation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain commercial systems and procedures.
* Manage the site-based Administration, IT, Business Improvement and Supply / Purchasing teams.
* Oversee administration of the site camp and flights contracts.
* Participate in commercial, contract and tender discussions and negotiations.
* Ensure compliance with financial, legal and statutory obligations.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
* Minimum 10+ years of accounting/finance background.
* 5+ years' experience within an operating mining environment.
* High level of organisational and communicational skills.
* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
