Futures Coach
for the
Hobart, TAS Region
to develop strategic marketing and business development initiatives that promote inclusive employment programs and allied health services (Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support). This role will drive growth, by attracting participants to our vast range of services, through building strong partnerships with schools, NDIS providers, participants and their families, whilst enhancing visibility across community, government and industry stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive growth by attracting participants to our vast range of services
Build strong partnerships schools, NDIS providers, potential participants and their families
Enhancing visibility of APM Employment Services across community, government and industry stakeholders
Deliver targeted marketing campaigns for diverse audiences including teachers, employers, participants, families, and referral networks
Develop proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches tailored to stakeholder needs
Coordinate events, expos, and community engagement activities
Champion innovation by identifying new opportunities to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
To be considered you will have...
Experience in Community Services or clearly demonstrated marketing/sales/business development skills/experience
Experience or transferable skills in Employment Services and or NDIS employment services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments
Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders
Must successfully pass a NDIS Worker Screening Check
Must successfully pass a National Police check
Must successfully pass a National Police check
Must complete NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement
Current Australian driver's licence.
