Role Summary:
As a key member of our Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our advertising business. You will be responsible for providing first-line support to our sales teams, developing and implementing operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

* Develop and monitor performance indicators for the Helpdesk

* Liaise with sales and CRM teams to develop optimized business processes

* Stay up-to-date with new CRM product and feature launches

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies

* Motivated and self-starting, able to work with limited supervision and in a constantly changing environment

* Proven work record within Sales Operations, minimum 1-2 years in IT/Digital industry

* In-depth understanding of B2B sales principles and customer support practices

* Hands-on experience with CRM systems in B2B IT/Digital industry

* Analytical and multitasking skills

* BS degree in relevant field
