Established in 2001, Pacific Lutheran College is a leading Kindergarten to Year 12 school of the Lutheran Church of Australia, serving the Caloundra, Kawana and Hinterland communities on the Sunshine Coast. The Pacific Lutheran Early Learning Centre is co-located on site.

The successful applicant will:
* Be an active communicant member of the Lutheran Church of Australia and New Zealand (LCANZ).
* Be accredited as a leader in Lutheran Schools or be eligible and willing to work towards accreditation.
* Have significant and successful experience in teaching and educational administration.
* Have the capacity for Christian witnessing and servant leadership to further the nurturing of the Christian mission of the school and encourage and develop a caring community.
* Hold or be eligible for teacher registration in Queensland through the Queensland College of Teachers.
