About the Role
We’re searching for vibrant, polished, people‑centric Front of House Hosts to join our casual restaurant team.
As the face of St Hugo, you will be the first warm welcome and the lasting impression. With grace and sophistication, you’ll greet and seat guests, guide the flow of service, and create a calm, seamless arrival experience that sets the tone for an extraordinary meal.
This role is all about atmosphere, connection, and elevated hospitality—ensuring every guest feels personally cared for as they embark on a finely curated food‑and‑wine journey.
What You’ll Bring:
• A natural ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and understood
• Experience in fine dining or premium restaurant service
• Professionalism anchored by warmth, polish, and genuine charm
• Confidence in managing seating, greeting, and guest flow with ease
• The ability to read the room and anticipate guest needs
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster including weekends and premium events
