Job Title: Administration Assistant


We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of administration functions to support the Workers Compensation division.


This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with both office-based and remote work options available.



About the Role


* Duties:


The key responsibilities of this role include:



1. Providing high-quality administration and coordination services, including document exception handling, new claim registrations, records management, and preparing correspondence to support the Workers Compensation business.

The successful candidate will have experience in business administration, including working with various systems and databases.
The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills,
have a customer-focused approach,
have excellent time management skills,
have experience working in insurance or workers' compensation (desirable),
is able to prioritize tasks effectively,
can manage multiple projects simultaneously
and can maintain accurate records.
The salary range for this position is $75 728 per annum.
