* Key responsibilities include:
o Leading internal sales processes including lead conversion, quoting, and CRM management.
o Driving customer satisfaction across retail, wholesale, and dealer networks.
o Maintaining inventory, stock control, and dispatch accuracy.
o Delivering accurate reporting, communicating KPIs, and ensuring site WHS compliance.
o Providing support to the team as needed and leading by example.

Requirements & Qualifications
