Residential Foreman – High-End Boutique Projects
Location: Northern Illawarra, NSW
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $130,000-$160,000
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of multiple residential projects concurrently
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and deliveries
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to building specifications
- Report to the construction/project manager on progress, risks, and timelines
- Lead by example and foster a strong team culture on site
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Minimum 10 years\' experience in residential construction, with at least several years in a foreman or site management role
- Strong background in managing high-end residential homes, duplexes, and multi-dwelling projects
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Competent with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and compliance
- Based in or willing to work throughout the Northern Illawarra region
- A team player enthusiastic about joining a growing and ambitious business
