Responsibilities
* Meet with clients face-to-face or on the phone to understand their needs and preferences
* Guide homebuyers through the purchasing process using our proven LGI way
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven sales track record
* Strong communication skills
* A valid driver's license

Commission Structure
You will earn a commission on all closed sales, with rates of:
* 2.5% on all closed sales under $500,000
* 2.0% on all closed sales over $500,000
Bonus Structure
In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on your performance, with payouts ranging from $5,000 to $150,000 per year.
