Role Responsibilities
* Support a digitally enabled executive office using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and emerging AI tools.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
* Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions for key medical governance committees.
* Support doctor engagement communications including newsletters, memos and updates.
* Assist with medico‑legal and complaints processes, including preparing correspondence and legal liaison.
* Track actions, timelines and deliverables across multiple priorities.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within healthcare or a complex environment.
* Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence communicating with senior clinicians and executives.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and other digital platforms.
* Interest in AI and technology‑driven process improvement.
* On-site availability; potential for occasional evening committee meetings.
