**About the Role**:
This exciting role is focussed on leading our Early Career programs, initiatives, projects and systems to ensure our pipeline of early talent is managed and developed in line with the wider business strategy.
We need a confident, vibrant, energetic 'can do' people person with an unflappable nature and exceptional organisational, coordination and multitasking skills to juggle competing priorities and get things done. You will manage and influence internal and external stakeholders, make recommendations on program improvements, plan and execute events, organise development opportunities and placements, as well as manage administration related activities.

The location of this role is flexible and can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
**Responsibilities of the role include**:
- Lead the successful delivery and execution of all Early Career Programs to ensure positive employee experience
- Provide recommendations to People Team Leaders and Executives in the implementation of Early Careers Strategies
- Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders to deliver core components of the Early Careers Programs
- Identify, design and develop learning initiatives to meet Early Career development needs
- Organise and facilitate the delivery of Early Career social and professional development initiatives to enable participants to meet their learning outcomes
- Deliver presentations, facilitate meetings, welcome inductions and project workshops, and engage with various work groups to achieve desired outcomes
- Market and champion Early Career programs externally and internally
- Oversee the budgeting and chargebacks relating to Early Careers programs,
- Proactively engage with external stakeholders, and service providers, on program and system requirements
- Provide management information, produce analytics and reports
- Manage program inboxes, including timely response and action of queries
- Continuously seek ways of improving processes and strive towards efficient ways of working
- Support projects in meeting policy requirements and talent targets
**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and influencing skills
- Strong customer services skills with the ability to create an outstanding employee experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Early Careers programs, including but not limited to Graduate, Undergraduate, Work experience/ Internship, Apprentice and Traineeship programs
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
