We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our educational team at The Children's Hospital Child Care Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop curriculum that promotes anti-bias approaches and caters to diverse child needs and interests.
* Create a secure, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that fosters social-emotional development and cognitive growth.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators, ensuring open communication and collaborative planning.
* Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
* Current First Aid Certificate approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority.
* Strong knowledge of child development principles, including the National Quality Framework.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop partnerships with families and professionals.
* Experience working in a professional team environment, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
